"The front desk attendee, Billy, was super at answer all my questions and concerns upon check-in, which was truly appreciative. He went out of his way to address my concerns of the property. Having the Denny’s Diner (open 24hrs) right across the street was a huge plus! It literally was across the parking lot. I went to the hotel’s free breakfast and felt it could have been a bit more but more but not holding that against them."

But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. "The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views; however, my overall experience was impacted by the level of service. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. "First stay at this property to we have visited Prescott often. The location is excellent, just one block from whiskey row and on a more quiet street. The staff was nice and accommodated our request for first floor room as there is no elevator. The room was sufficient but small as expected in an older hotel and the bed was comfortable. "This was one of the most convenient, worry free, hassle free stays I have ever had. I was arriving late, after the office closed, and they messaged me with my room information so I could arrive anytime and settle in. It sounds like a small detail, but when I arrived late at night to find the lights were left on for me, I felt like I was coming home after a long day of travelling.
