"Friendly staff made sure to ask us if we were ok if we had any concerns when they saw us. Over all the property was good some updates needed rugs in hall have an odor, the bathroom ceiling had a chip of paint coming off and some towels had kinda of a yellow rust stain not that they were dirty just towels need to be replaced with new ones. "The house itself was great, well maintained, clean, everything worked. Working gas grill and firewood provided. The Internet service at the house was DSL, very slow. Had a hard time streaming music. The Lake would have some current at times, not all the time. And there was a day with a bit of an oil slick on the water, possibly dam related. We swam and paddle boarded and had a lovely time, nonetheless. We didn't have a boat, that might have been nice for the times when the current was there....

"Stayed 5 nights for a wedding at the state park. FANTASTIC house! Perfect hub for orchestrating the wedding of our son. Space galore. Never felt cramped. Multiple hangout places in the house and marvelous screened-in porch were perfect for small groups and the great room easily accommodated drop in visitors. Stunning property and wonderful views.
