"There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!"

"The room was clean, and loved that it had a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette set up. The air would never actually go below 70 degrees, although it was set on 66 the entire week we were there. The shower pressure was non existent but there were 3 floors so I expected low pressure but it was poor. The beds were not the most comfortable either, mattress was on the thinner side. The manager there was great! She was helpful with all our additional needs!"

"I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. "I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. "The hotel is closed for renovations. No one told us. We showed up to mattresses and couches outside. There was no note or anything. We even tried calling the number that was given to us, but it was disconnected. Terrible, Terrible experience"
