"Hotel seems to be in decline… bedside lights didn’t work in room. Breakfast consists of waffles toast and yogurt , use to be a full breakfast when it was a best western… probably my last time staying there"

"We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

"I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. "The ‘hot’ breakfast consisted of microwaved Egg product, hash brown, and something labeled chicken were cold and absolutely disgusting! Our room was spacious but several stains on the carpet were awful. The king bed was comfortable. The hotel’s common areas were clean"

"This place is a dump. Almost EVERY guest room door has peeling paint. There is garbage and cig. butts all over the parking lot. My room had 1 small desk light for the entire room and one of the bulbs was missing. There was peeling paint on the room ceiling and bathroom door. One bathroom ceiling panel was missing and another had bad water stains. The bathroom towel rod was missing. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the showerhead. Bathtub drain didnt work and the tub was filling...
