"Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26."

"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

"Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!"

"I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. I appreciated that it stayed open until midnight daily, with the last hour being 'adults only' which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the large working hot tub in peace every night of my stay. "I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past...

"Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable.Remote for tv did not work, but manager fixed it. Walls were thin and we could hear the tv and people in the room next to us. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The outdoor area is not clean or straightened up like it appears in the photos. The cushions were dirty with bird poop and stained, the furniture was askew, and the atmosphere was not relaxing…very noisy. The breakfast was disappointing."

"My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little."
