"Stayed in room 8. It was a great B&B, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. They provide parking at a nearby parking lot, which is amazing because parking in Newport is expensive and hard to find. The best part was the location. Such a short walk to Bowman's Wharf and the rest of Thames street."

The breakfast was so good! We stayed at another inn in RI right before this stay and Mill Street Inn has the other beat. We easily walked to the Breakers, cliff walk, shops and restaurants in the harbor area. No issues with check-in or check-out, convenient parking. I would stay here again."

"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay."

Priscilla made the check in process smooth and was available for any questions or concerns! Such a beautiful and cozy spot will 100% come back to stay at this quaint Inn!!! Parking is not available on site but was given a very detailed list of parking options. We parked for free in a lot (15 min walk) for 2 days no issues. Easy and beautiful walk so it worked out well!
