"We got checked in, went to our room and the beds were made but it had not been cleaned and the air condition did not work. They did give us another room and it was fine ☺️"

"More like Motel 6, its like sleeping on a platform bed with no mattress very uncomfortable the bedding was dinghy, floors in room was dirty double bed room is very small only suitable for 2 guest no towels or washcloths, employee availability on staffing extremely poor "

"All of it was poorly maintained. Didn’t get the room I had booked. No one was paying attention for when we wanted to buy breakfast. Flooding in the main hallway. Internet didn’t work. "

"Room was fine however our neighbor had 2 barking dogs at all hours. I had to go outside at 11:30pm and shout outside their door to shut those dogs up and I was not the only person standing outside because of this. I will never stay at a dog friendly place again. BTW we have a dog, we like dogs. Hotel has no way to enforce what they call quiet time. Room was nice - clean, handicapped bathroom, mic and frig. a/c. We left a day early due to noise at night and barking dogs. Never again with Motel...

"I told the person at the front desk that the refrigerator was not working and a bottle exploded from it getting frozen. Just wanted to tell her so that other guests would not have any issue. She must have taken that as a complaint as she said as much."

"My stay was great. My plane arrived early and i was able to get in my room at a reasonable time. Shuttle was great right on time."

"There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. "

"The breakfast area was under construction (they did provide a bag of grab & to breakfast foods) and there was a strong paint smell traveling down the halls. Rooms were a bit dilapidated & dated. "

"For the most part, the hotel was what I expected but there were some things that made my stay less than great. One issue was a woman was screaming at someone at the top of her lungs in a room a few doors down from me. When I went to report that, nobody was available at the desk. The next was I kept thinking that I was smelling cigarette smoke. I thought it was due to people smoking outside, or someone smoking in a nearby room, but I learned it was the bedding when I got home and smelled...

"Entire hotel is dated, room was margial. First room given had huge hole in matress, got replacement room. Staff was courteous and fine."

"The room was fine. The toilet didn't flush. They provided a plunger. We got stuck in Richmond caused by the FAA. Something about a strange smell at ATC. The room worked for they one night stay. The attached restaurant wasnt that great."

"They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. "

"The room was not in good shape at all. There was a large gap under the door that you could hear the noise and also let a breeze in from outside. No utensils or anything for the kitchenette area. The outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. The shower rod was hanging on by a thread as well as the vent in the ceiling. Also the checkout time was 11a not noon as you have on your site. "
