"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11."

"Pros: Super nice staff, two restaurants and a coffee counter on site. Shower was surprisingly bigger than a standard stand up. They provide Grown Alchemist brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Was pleased to see a decent brand, known for being a pretty “clean” line. Cons: The standard queen room is tiny. There is no dresser, the closet is small, desk is nightstand sized. The entry is black, making it difficult to do make up, contacts, etc. There was a lighted mirror but again...

"They have paid parking but it is in a parking garage and I loved that. You can go in and out when you wanted. There breakfast was always good and they have a happy hour where you get a free drink."

"This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future."
