"The staff was very efficient and helpful. Location, great. Our room was a disappointment. Room was outdated, stuffy, and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were crumbs all over one of nightstands, with lots of little handprints on it. The outside wall with a window had a very large stain on it, which appeared to be patched, but still looked like we were staying at the site of an old crime scene. Also, no comfortable place to sit in lobby area :("
