"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. "The person who checked me on made my stay exceptional and she even called to check if the room was satisfactory after I checked in and went to the room. I regret not taking her name but I recommend her service and think the room with balcony was great. I loved the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar and staff. Super friendly and welcoming.
