"This place ia very serene. Perfect for those who wants to relax. The staff were friendly, they catered to all our request. The location was just far from center"

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Spectacular private villas, in the middle of a sumptuous jungle and river crossing inside the property, near Ubud center. Transportation to Ubud Center service included. Most kind and attentive staff, always available in WhatsApp chat. Breakfast included for different types of cuisine served at your private villa or in the restaurant. The hotel infinity pool is gorgeous. Outside bath and tub, just amazing "

"El mejor hotel! Una atención increíble y sus instalaciones son de lo mejor."
