"완화 기차역 서3문 바로 옆에 있어서 늦은 밤이나 비가 오더라도 이동에 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 직원들도 친절하게 응대해 주고, 로비가 넓어 사람이 많지만 혼잡한 느낌이 들지 않습니다. 키오스크로 셀프 체크인을 해야 하는데 한국어가 지원되는데다 직원이 옆에서 도와주기 때문에 편리합니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 모든 층이 동일한지는 모르겠지만 방 바깥 복도? 공간에 정수기가 있어서 찬물,따뜻한물,뜨거운물을 아무 때나 편하게 마실 수 있었습니다. 가져간 멀티 어댑터가 고장나서 난감했는데, 1층에서 무료로 빌릴 수 있어서 여행기간 동안 잘 사용했습니다."

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our stayed here. We booked 3 rooms. This hotel was about a 10-min walk from the train station, surrounded by food with the popular Yonghe soya bean directly opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean and they provided snacks, water, toothbrush at the pantry, and even buns for breakfast! Love the toilet bowl because it was the automated one. Staff were helpful and friendly. "今回二度目の利用。一階にある飲み物・食べ物のサービスの豊富さ、カフェスペースの広さ、部屋にあるマッサージ機、ランドリーなど便利さはピカイチです。スタッフも明るくフレンドリー。観光でほぼ出掛けているので窓なしも気にならない。予約がなかなか取れないけど、また必ず泊まりたいです。"

"We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend."
