"Nick and Julie were very welcoming with lots of advice on where to eat and see. Would definately return. Very convenient location with easy walking access to town square and pubs. "

"A real find! A pub in the middle of rural Kettleshulme concealed an excellent restaurant and very comfortable rooms. The bedroom was very well equipped - including a built in toothbrush charger!"

"This was a last minute stop over. Great food and fantastic value for money. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. Yes a little warm but like I said wasn’t overpriced so was very happy. The pub and function rooms look fantastic so would definitely recommend a stay or even just to stop for food. "

"We wanted somewhere to stay the night ready to go to the airport early hours in the morning and this hotel was ideal. We was only there for about 12 hours, just somewhere to eat and rest our heads until we had to set off to the airport around 4am. I wish we had longer here. Everything about the hotel was perfect I definitely will be booking again and stay for a few days. "

"We stayed as a family of 5 for a couple of nights and it was really lovely. Great location for the airport or day trips like quarry bank. There are many pubs / restaurants near by too. The place is spacious and peaceful. Nice and clean with everything you need including a decent TV. You are left to your own devices but someone is on hand if you need anything. "

"Amazing room - immaculately clean, huge and luxurious. The staff are friendly, welcoming and really efficient . The food is lovely. Would definitely stay again "
