"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property is just beautiful, clean, the furniture and home decor is so beautifully done, all antiques and timeless pieces. Bed was super comfy. But the star of the show is LaTonya. She was so welcoming, accommodating, helpful, she goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious too! We will most definitely be back on our way to/from Auburn when we visit our daughter! Also, within walking distance...

"Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc"

"Elevator was not working. Front desk lady had to manually push a button for us..She told us it had been out for 3 weeks. Our room phone did not work so we had to use our own phone to call her for an elevator."

"The room smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the air conditioning unit. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, the shower floor had brown stains, and there was a soft spot in the floor in between the beds. We were very disappointed considering we paid $170 for one night."

"It was understaffed. Only 1 person at registration counter, only 1 at snack bar, only 1 at casino drink counter, resulting in serious delays. Dining options were limited. Gaming options were limited. But the view of the river was very good from outside and from our 5th floor room."
