"Beautiful hotel which is spotlessly clean and staffed by the most lovely people. My husband and I were discussing how lucky the hotel is to have such brilliant people. Everyone of them couldn’t do enough and it wasn’t “ forced” as they all were so naturally lovely. From the lovely lady who checked us in on arrival then the cleaners who were excellent. Then Ivanilda in the breakfast room who went out of her way to help us choose the beach / island we visited. Then she checked on us the next day...

"Very nice and spacious rooms. Very comfy bed. Nice communal kitchen. Only downside is noise from bar/ club close by."

"Excellent spot. Stayed for 2 nights. Close to everything. Clean and modern. Good place to enjoy Faro from. Can walk anywhere you need to go."

"The busy part and old town of Faro were only a ten minute walk. Avenue 41 was also close to good grocery shops and reataurants. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even printing our boarding passes. The rooftop terrace was a lovely apot to unwind! Hoghly recommend."

"The room was nice and all the amenities were good. They provide basic breakfast as well which is a bonus. The code for the front door didn’t work, apparently it was changed but other guests let me in. The staff were onsite as well. I tried emailing ahead of time to ask some questions through Expedia but the property never did get back to me. "

Wifi not working properly. Poor sound proofing - dog barking for hours in evening - very loud Okay for 1 night but not good value for money."

"I was only in Faro for 20 hours but this hotel was clean and centrally located within 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again. "

"not recommend for people with mildew type allergies… It smelled really badly in the room and my clothing after I left still smelled… Bathrooms also weren’t great. Specifically the showers. The bottom floor shower had water that would pull in because it’s shared bathrooms. it just feels extra gross along with the shower head being too tall to either reach or not being easy to turn on due to pieces missing. And that includes the upstairs shower. The place needs a complete deep clean. I get it that...

"staff attitude was a rang between kind and indifferent. Stay was listed as a GUESTHOUSE, however, there is an ex-hostel vibe to it. Nothing was actually correct in the listing I feel. I went to the junior suite, there was no Internet available. And when I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that this is a known thing that happens in that room. I had meetings I needed to be in and because I didn’t have Internet access the international data plan I had with my phone ended up cutting out...
