"We had an incredible birthday weekend staying at Live! Hotel. We enjoyed a great baseball game, and the hotel’s on-site amenities made our stay even better. The Gateway Arch was just a short walk away, which made exploring St. Louis so convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even helped make my birthday celebration extra special. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was not ready at check-in. The front desk staff did its best but was clearly overwhelmed by the situation. Elevators are extremely small. There was an issue with my door and opening and closing it that was exacerbated by the humidity. It's an older property and it shows but the staff was pleasant and, given the value compared to others hotels in the location, the trade offs in amenities and minor bothers were par for the course. "The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head...

"Cool, older hotel that was clean and just as described. Easy to find and within walking distance to Busch stadium."

"We have stayed at this location multiple times and have to say this one was a total disappointment. The floors were dirty. The carpets are stained. It was just absolute mayhem with how many people were in there. Although it was a clean bed and the air-conditioning worked so I can’t complain about that, but overall the area it’s not the most family friendly, and the hotel was not what it used to be. I won’t be staying again."

"Chose an arch/Riverview room and did not regret it. Beautiful views. The parking lot is well lit, and there are cameras. Staff could have been friendly upon check-in, or with answering questions. The toilet in our room was not bolted down to the floor, so it was a hazard for anyone who might’ve been staying with small children. Overall, it was a good location and right near the metro train that takes you to events."
