When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. "The parking garage is a bit tight but the security was nice using the room key for doors/elevators/parking. The air conditioner in our room worked so well, which was great since it was hot. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish there were more elevators."

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money."

"When we checked in the man at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Then when we got to our room, went to wash hands, the water wouldn’t shut off at the sink. We called the desk, nobody showed. Called again, still nobody came. We had tickets to ball game so we had to leave. Went downstairs and talked to two people. When we returned from game, water was fixed but we only had hot water. Not fun trying to brush teeth with hot water only."

"No signage and locust street was closed, so hard to find. Checked in and were given a room that clearly belonged to another guest. Was quite surprised to open the door to a room full of someone else’s belongings. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were under cooked. No salt available. Had to use coffee cups for juice. Only silverware available was spoons."
