"They only had one elevator working, the “working” elevator was sketch it had a terrible sound and vibration. Would take approximately ten minutes to get into the elevator. The restrooms had slow draining in the shower and sink the toilet would take a long time to fill up the tank."

"The rooms were clean but we were told because of our stay for four days they don’t change sheets for “long periods of stay” even though there is a sign on the bathroom mirror saying that linen and trash is picked up daily. So the last night that we stayed we had a night desk clerk help change our sheets, she was very nice and was willing and ready to help us have a more comfortable stay. "We had to change rooms due to dirty linens. The shower did not drain. The tv remote was broken and the property was not very clean or well maintained. We spent as little time in the room as possible. We tried to move to an alternate location and get a refund but Expedia denied the request."

"We reserved this room for a 3 day stay. I thought it odd when we checked in that the agent informed us of a $100 security deposit and upon check out may take up to 5 days for reimbursement. That is pretty much standard so I didn't give it a 2nd thought. The room was clean but we had issues with a noisy air conditioner and maintenance was only able to reduce the rattling noise it made by 50%. On the 2nd day the sink stopper was stuck and again had to have maintenance repair it. Sleep quality...

"Bathtub/shower looked like a crime scene, spiders/mosquitoes in room, unhelpful staff unwilling to grant a late check-out (even for a fee, said I’d have to pay for another night if we passed the 11:30am mark, unkept/not working fitness center, key card didn’t work on doors so had to always go through the main entrance and the parking lot was covered in glass. There’s a nicer, cleaner hotel right next door with better customer service. 3/10 - just because I needed somewhere to sleep in town and...

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."
