"Very clean place and polite staff. Just wish they had automatic doors to make carrying in luggage and such easier and having ramps for handicap and luggage a little closer to the door would be much more helpful. But overall, excellent experience. Would recommend if you don't care about n pools and such(they don't have one)."

"Everything was terrible and here is why. After a long morning of traveling and a tough day at a trade show I went to the Studio 6 Suites in Greenville SC to check in. I was met by a sign on the lobby door that was locked and a handwritten note on the door which read verbatim. We are Sold Out! All reservations has been cancelled with refund. Reach out to the online Platform for a refund! Looking in at the desk which had a metal roll down door shut and a sign which read the same as the lobby...

"Clean room, staff great, only complaint was the last night of stay, whoever was above us started making non-stop noise. After complaint was made to front desk noise subsided"

"There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away."

"Old motel undergoing renovation. Lots of construction equipment laying around. Common areas dirty and dusty from construction. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Needs updating. Breakfast ok, staff I encountered were fine. Location great but one of the lower rated Best Westerns I’ve stayed in. Price was good probably because of the overall condition of the property. Very reasonable additional pet fee."

"My only complaint was it was very noisy-don’t know what was going on in the middle of the night, but people got really loud."

"Just don’t. Spend a little more money. We will never go to any other Wyndham property again. It to 45 minutes to an hour to check in AND out. It’s not like there’s a long line. We were the only one. Coffee was undrinkable. Was out of waffle batter, but did we REALLY want to eat there? Not really. The cashier never got off of her FaceTime while we checked out. Just don’t do it. "

"We had two different times that we had the fire alarm go off and had to exit the hotel why we were there. Then we also had a couple times that people knocked on our door in the middle of the night."
