"Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting.
