"The room was terrible. My bed head was against the wall that was on the main road, room was so noisy, no curtains on the skylights and might as well have been none on the windows. I could read my book at 2am with the lights off (which was help full because the room was so noisy and bright i couldn't sleep!). Pleased i was only there for one night. Wont be back."

"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. "From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ "
