"Clean room with helpful staff"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Check in staff were very helpful, storing our bags for us as we arrived early and making the check in experience smooth. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, breakfast was good too."

"The hotel was a quick hop from the station and 20 min walk from the city so a great place if you are short on time and want to squeeze in some sights. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The bed was possibly the comfiest I’ve slept in whilst travelling, and a very cosy room. TV with English channels was a bonus. A small fridge would have helped and maybe a kettle in the room but there were facilities downstairs so that’s being picky. Overall a very good stay and highly recommend."

"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"

"This is a studio apartment to sleep 3 people. The apartment is really nice with everything even a washer which is why we were interested in it. So we figured we’d be able to wash our clothes halfway through our 3 week trip. We thought there’d be a dryer but no there wasn’t so we hung everything up around the apartment. It worked but a dryer would have been good. Also the area is pretty sketchy. Lots of security! So much so you have to go through three doors to get in the place—once you are let...

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

The two days I’d stayed at one of the studios I have people coming in without me knowing it. It seemed like maintenance people or cleaning staff showed up to the studio 2 and I was never notified. "I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

"Good location. Mattress very soft (sunk a lot) but fairly comfy. Clean sheets. Staff friendly. Towels stained and not soft, bathroom a jut dirty. Towel rail very loose and flimsy. Room smelled like old cigarette ash. Walls paper-thin so we couldn't sleep (our neighbours were very "active" in their bed through to the early hours!)."
