"this is not a new facility but both maintenance and housekeeping are quite good. The grounds are very well kept and actually attractive. Breakfast and the breakfast room are above average. If you like a facility well maintained, you will surely appreciate this motel"

"When we entered our room it smelled of mold. It later turned out to be the air conditioner but the smell stuck with the room. We also lost about 50 bucks in groceries as the fridge did not work properly and everything was pretty much at room temp when we checked it in the morning. The bathroom door hook was also broken and the piece was just sitting on the counter. The tissues and toilet paper were just about, no paper towels, no dishes (suite) or cups and utensils. "It was warm and cozy. Loved the rooms had tons of storage. I came for a nursing conference so came with lots of stuff. Plus the small kitchen was a huge plus. Comfy beds? Nice linens. Sweet pool! Overall great!"
