While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. "IT WAS SO BAD WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ,WE ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE 2ND NIGHT AFTER STATED THAT WE WAS CHECKING OUT THEY RE FUSED ."

"The hotel is not to the standard that I typically expect of Wyndham properties. At some point, it may have been a premium hotel but it is very dated. The lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms are decent. But, the hotel rooms are poorly decorated and look cheap. Additionally, our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work. Fortunately, the clerk provided us another room. The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value."

" Way enjoyable stay. Nobody was there at check in but a. Wry nice gentleman on the kitchen staff let us in. I did have to call the number on the door and giver her the code that had been sent. Other than that it was a great stay. The woodwork the bed the charm and location were all great "

"Nice stay for a night or two but it was hot in our room (we are hot sleepers) and we cannot turn off the light without also turning off the fan. There is a high pitch noise that was constant and not loud but enough to disturb sleep if you are sensitive sleepers like us. No black out curtain. We enjoy the place but didn’t have restful sleep. Perhaps not for people who are light sleepers. Owner/host were responsive and communicate quick. Well kept and safe property - just old, as it is"

"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "

"Greeting was great , went down hill from there, shower floor turned black immediately upon entry from the filthy carpeting in the room, room phone to call desk did not work, had to walk down to report tv not turning on , staff responded well. Breakfast was terrible , cold eggs , bad sausages, expired yogurt, empty 1 percent milk, The bed was comfortable!"
