"I really enjoyed my getaway night here. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. Comfy bed as well, and there’s a beautiful walk right next to the lake, which is only a few steps to get to. I would definitely come again."

"The setting was beautiful, a shimming lake and a burst of colour from autumn foliage. Unfortunately the cottage was lacking. Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. "This review is primarily based on the way that the owners behaved. The place was fantastic don't get me wrong but they really took what I had done for granted. First there was no cold plunge made available to which they should have made it clear. Second, there was a electronic gaming device known as the Wii which needed two AA batteries per controller to replace. They only had AAA. So I offered to go out of my own way to get some new batteries not just for us but for the next group of people....

"The on site staff were accommodating. When we arrived the fireplace wasn’t working and the room had two portable heaters. We fell into an extreme cold (-36 feels like -44) alert and requested a third portable heater. The staff offered to replace our fireplace while we went out for breakfast. This helped manage the cold for the remainder of the stay."

"Not clear information about check-in and activities on the camping but we find owner to ask. BBQ seems not to work and no coffee or tea available with the kitchen, that was a pity. but the camping Is very nice, with lots of common space near the lake and kayak available to use. Unfortunately was raining, we cannot enjoy all those activities and also bathroom was a Little tricky to use with Rain since It Is out of the dome. But I can Imagine how beautiful Place It Is with sun"
