"Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay! The location is fantastic you can easily walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, so there’s really no need for a car for everything. The property was so cute and cozy. "On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids."

About Multiple hidden fees which go unexplained.(when I asked for an itemized bill, they could not furnish that for some reason they weren’t allowed to use the printer.?) Dirty rooms with no view ,Dirty pool , and filthy restaurant. I would not reccomend ."

"This hotel should be condemned. It is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel room so filthy. The room has inches of dust, dirt and years of filth. We used an entire bottle of disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes and our own sheets and towels, just so we could make it through the night until we could find another hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was so dirty and unsafe, we had to leave a night early with no refund, and move to another hotel. Other guests were doing the same. I can't...

"Stayed here for a week with five kids in a one bedroom suite. The room was very clean, the staff was so helpful and the daily breakfast was so good- a great variety that changed each morning. It was in perfect proximity to Rehoboth Beach and is so close to shops, restaurants and right next door to a grocery store. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially those with families."
