One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work."

"The room was enormous and spotless! Very clean property & well maintained.Its location is a bit on Helen’s outskirts, but still walkable to the downtown. The breakfast was ok, could have used some real fruit and hot items."

"OMG please someone tell me how this was the highest rate location in Helen? The front desk was micro and the room had a huge hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was questionable at best. The hallways smelled like pee. There were people banging on our door at 2am like swat and screaming. We feared moving from the bed because of this. Worse part is we were in eyesight of the front desk and no one did anything. The shower ceiling and walls had mold on them. It was only a room for one night but...

"We stayed here for a night on a trip down south, and we were blown away with how nice the room and property were. The owners were extremely generous and provided us with smores to cook with our kids in the fireplace in the covered porch area. Couldn't recommend this place enough "
