"The microwave didn't work. The stove was disconnected and not mentioned in booking that was disconnected for safety reasons. Also our toilet made weird noises all the time. Bathroom had rusted fixtures. Customer service was horrible called for towels and never showed up had to go to the front office to request towels. I do not recommend"

"The room was clean but small one king size bed and a couch the slept two. The Bathroom was very small, as a matter of fact you had to close the door to sit on the toilet. A very small sink outside the bathroom to brush your teeth, face or anything you might want to do, that you would normally do in your bathroom. The TV had only local stations, but some would say it had not connection. We could only get one channel. We had to go and buy a firestick to watch the TV. The staff members were...

"No 1 the price changed last min I was suppose the get a 100$ off one key card application the outside pool we couldn’t even lay in the sun the inside pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t that hot , Should have been charged for the price since hotel didn’t fit the description . I would never stay there again and for starters it sent us to wrong quality inn . The Jett tub in the room looked nasty we had to buy bleach and cln jet tub and shower the door to balcony was broke "

"We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here due to its location. Our group had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We’ve been to the area many times but this was the first time staying here. While we asked more than once and they said our rooms were side by side, they weren’t but were close enough. The place was clean and each room had plenty of space to be comfortable. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there"

"Overall very nice resort. The restaurant buffet provided good quality food at a fair price. The pool and hot tub were very nice. However the pool and splash zone water was too cold, especially for young children. The nightly smores activity at the fire pit and story time was very nice. Our family suite was too small and felt very crowded. Additionally the HVAC system was noisy and didn’t control the temperature very well."
