Villa With Swimming Pool In Front Of Almost Private Beach

This lovely Parian villa is built just in front of its almost private beach(50mtrs) near the famous Golden beach. It can accommodate 10-12persons and is ideal for two families with children.
The house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The harmonious composition of stone, marble and wood create a unique atmosphere. It is surrounded by 200m2 of terrace with a private swimming pool (5x10) all having a view of the endless Aegean sea. The terrace is spacious with comfortable outdoor settings, two large pergolas and a BBQ facility.
The predominant color of the interior is white conferring a neat and conciliating atmosphere. On the GROUND floor there is a bright living room, a dinning room, an open space fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with bunk beds and 1 with built in double bed) which share 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and front sea view. On the FIRST floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its private 50m2 veranda in front with pergola, two build in sofas and panoramic sea view. On the BASEMENT there is a room with a double bed and 2 built in sofa beds, a bathroom and a small room with a single bed(ideal for a nanny).
With a 5 min walk you arrive at the New Golden Beach awarded for its quality with a blue flag, which is particularly popular for its perfect conditions for aquatic sports (windsurf- kitesurf ) as well as for its magnificent sand.
The house location permits easy access to other villages and beaches of the island. In 20min drive you reach Naousa village one of the most pitoresque places of the whole of Cyclades. Restaurant for take away daily cooked food is 5min drive from the house next to a supermarket/bakery.
Please note that in the same property there is another similar villa completely separated by a wooden fence and with separate exits to the property and the beach. The 2 villas are sharing a private tennis court (not professional).
During summer, depending on the wind’s direction, you might hear (between 16h to 19h) some music from a beach bar located 3 klms far from the villa.

An idyllic greek dream come true house!

We were 2 adult family groups from Australia (9 people) holidaying on Paros for a week. The house surpassed our expectations! The views, house, amenities and outdoor area were perfect for our larger group. It was clean, attractive and well equipped. Alkmini the owner was friendly and very good with communication and information, as was Klaus the housekeeper. We also had a local lady Stella cook for us on 2 nights which was fantastic! The house is so lovely you won’t want to leave.. You definitely need a car, as it is not close to Naoussa or Parika, but we found the location a good base to explore the island. Thankyou Alkmini and Dimitri for a great stay!

INCREDIBLE

What an absolute GEM! We were lucky enough to share a week with friends at this beautiful property. Everything was as in the photos or better! The home worked so well for our large group and we never felt on top of each other with all the wonderful areas the house has. So well thought out. The house was so perfect that we barely wanted to leave to explore the island. Having Mrs Stella cook some delicious meals for us during our stay was fantastic and added to the wonderfully relaxing week that we enjoyed. Family Stay in Paros

Our group consisted of 7 adults and two children aged 4 and 2 years old. The accommodations were perfect for our group. There are two master suites with attached baths, a bedroom with an adjoining room with twin beds, and an adjacent bathroom and another bedroom on the lower level with its own bathroom! The owners are welcoming and gracious!! The number of outdoor spaces are amazing, with gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea. There is a large cooking and eating area outdoors as well and an on-site pool. The decor is beautiful and functional. We could not have chosen a more perfect setting for our family vacation. The owners,Alkmini and Demetrius greeted us and showed us around the property and toasted the start of our vacation with Ouzo. What a wonderful way to start our vacation. We hope we can go back one day!

Superbe villa

Maison superbe mais aussi parfaitement fonctionnelle pour y vivre sans problème avec des enfants. La maison est très bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa climatisation, possibilité de demander des lits bébé aux adorables propriétaires. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, abrité du vent et l'accès à la plage est facile. Une voiture est nécessaire car la propriété est trop loin de la ville pour y aller à pied. A réserver dans hésitation :-)

Wonderful!

This property is amazing. I can't even describe the view - better than the pictures. Our hosts were very attentive and responsive, the place was clean and beautifully decorated with attention to detail, had several spaces for gathering, and many amenities. The location is great with your private beach plus 3 other beaches within walking distance, but just an fyi that you definitely need a car to move around the island. Would stay here again!

Truly exceeded expectations!

I can’t quite find the words to describe this absolute piece of heaven. We were two couples with two kids under two and the house was exceptional. We had no need to leave as the house has everything you could imagine. The outdoor space is divine for outdoor dining (beautiful home cooked meals from a lovely local lady named Stella), there are multiple areas to lounge around and chase the sun/shade throughout the day. The pool is wonderful and the ocean is a few steps away right out the front of the house to swim in too. The kitchen is well equipped and we honestly had zero complaints. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the towns that you feel like the only people on earth yet in just 5 mins you are at a supermarket and bakery and great restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home. The owners are also a delight and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing stay in Paros

I stayed at the villa with 8 friends and it was perfect. The outdoor area was beautiful and perfect for hanging out in big groups. The rooms were fairly equal in size and comfortable. The location is superb - very close to good restaurants and only a 20 minute drive to Naoussa. I would definitely come back to this villa!

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Villa

The villa has one of the best outside spaces I've seen with incredible views, an excellent BBQ and large table where we ate all meals. Local shopping is excellent and only a 5 min drive. Ana & Giorgios Taverna is superb for traditional Greek food. There is a good swimming spot in front of the Villa and a 10 min walk away is a lovely sandy beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. We would highly recommend the villa

Fantastic Stay!

We were two families staying for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully designed with lots of attention to detail. Together with the stunning sea view and close location to Golden Beach, it cannot get better. We would love to come back some time!

Fabulous, amazing, perfect!

It is more beautiful than the pictures, we enjoyed every bit of the space including the outdoor grill for dinner several nights. The pool is simply lovely & cool but refreshing. We walked to a nearby beach with wonderful swimming, watched spectacular sunrises, spent many hours On the outdoor terrace & table eating, playing games, drinking & laughing. Add the nice clean space, tons of good towels, well stocked kitchen, and we could hardly tear ourselves away to explore the island! I am still glad we had rented cars ( atv would have been fun too) to get to the market & bakery, and am glad we were on the early ferry because it’s a high, winding road from the port that would have been very difficult at night. Had a few good tennis games too & that was an awesome plus!! We want to go back!!

The perfect peaceful Greek hideaway

We had the most wonderful holiday here with our family and friends. We were 6 adults and 5 kids and the villa had everything we all needed. The villa itself is lovely and simple and just what you would hope for in Greece but the outside spaces and location are what makes it so special. The outdoor kitchen and main dining area, overlooking the infinity pool with the view of endless sea is just perfection! One of the best things about it when traveling with so many kids is that there is a second outdoor seating and dining area on the other side meaning that all the kids paraphernalia could be kept out of sight! The owners were really lovely and helpful and I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Spectacular home and location in every possible way

As good as the pictures and description of this amazing home are, they don't do it justice. We have stayed in many high-end homes around the world, but few have exceeded our expectations like this home did. The setting, the quiet, the views, the outdoor spaces, and especially the upper level master bedroom were all perfect. We shared the home with our four children, their spouses/partners, and two small grandchildren and there was plenty of space with the lower studio included. We love to hike and swim. The trail from the house along the beach to the nearby villages and beaches were wonderful; and for swimming the pool is good for laps, and the beach below the house and little golden beach three minutes away, depending on the winds, offer calm and endless swimming. the home is far enough from everything to be peaceful, and yet in fifteen minutes there is everything you want to see on Paros. Get your vegetables from Kostos: organic, his own, and very reasonable. he is on the way to Naousa on the right hand side about seven minutes before this charming seaside village. And the kind and very responsive owner is another bonus. Rent this home!
