Unique Villa On Faragas beach

The villa is located on a large property by the sea, at the protected cove of Farangas, on the southern coast of the island of Paros. It is one of three adjacent villas all constructed according to the traditional Cycladic architectural style.
The interiors are spacious and decorated in a stylish and elegant way. This villa is ideal for families with children as well as couples looking for relaxation and seclusion.

The property offers direct access at the beach and stunning views of the sea and the gardens from the large balconies and terraces.

Heavenly!

This property was perfect for our family of adult children. Everyone had space to retreat, and there are multiple common spaces to connect. The beach was the best beach we visited on our trip. Be sure to rent a car to get around. Also note we did not have access to the washing machine as listed in the details. Owner was very responsive. Would absolutely go back again.

Perfect location

The location is absolutely perfect, right by the best beach on the island because it’s sheltered from the cold north wind (Which end of October is important). The villa has a lot of character, it feels a bit like you’re in the Mamma Mia filmset. The different terraces are great! The house is perfect for two different groups or if you travel with older kids who might want their own apartment. Our kids were too little for that so we all stayed downstairs but note that one of the bedrooms is part of the living room and is only divided by some curtains, which isn’t ideal. It’s definitely the location and outside space which makes this villa special.

Maison au top les pieds dans l’eau

maison de localisation exceptionnelle sur la magnifique plage de Faragas. Sur 2 niveaux avec un RDC donnant sur une belle terrasse et un un beau jardin, l’étage constituant un petit deux pièces indépendant. Super (et trop court) séjour

Stay at Unique Villa

The property and location on the beach are fantastic! It was a little difficult to find the Villa as it’s down a private road. Our keys weren’t in the lockbox as planned so we had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive with keys. The set up is really great with a separate apartment which worked great for our recent college grads. Unfortunately the air in the master bedroom didn’t work nor the sink in the other bathroom. The main bathroom also wasn’t very clean. Elena did send someone to fix the air which was greatly appreciated. She also was very accommodating with our luggage. We spent our last day next door at the beach club, which was so nice! We loved Paros and overall we’re happy with this choice but a few tweaks would make it even better. Thank you!

Fabulous get away:)

This home was beautiful and felt very private. The garden was lovely and better yet the garden gate opened up to a lovely beach. The manager was easily availble to answer questions. I will want to stay here again

un lieu merveilleux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Elena. La maison est décorée avec gout et est composée de deux appartements ainsi que de nombreuses terrasses; Nous étions 6 personnes étions et avions beaucoup de place. Le jardin est magnifique, verdoyant et surtout situé directement sur la plage de Farangas à laquelle on accède par une petite porte. De merveilleuses vacances!. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Beautiful stay in Paros

This property is amazing- pure and simple! The property is straight up on the beach. The villa os bigger than I expected. I thought from the pictures some of the area would be common with the adjoining villa but it’s not. It’s all your space. Three of my seven adults were my children and then space downstairs accommodated them beautifully along with my husband and I in the separate bedroom with a common area and kitchen in between. Our two friends were upstairs and had their own bed/bath kitchenette. Did I mention everything has a view? Gorgeous!

Best villa on the beach!

A very lovely family has poured their heart and love into this home and gardens. You are directly on the beach! There are two separate apartments within the home so two families can stay together (3 children downstairs and 2 upstairs along with the master bedrooms in both) and still have privacy to wake up and have breakfast at their own rhythm. We will certainly return now that we know this gem 💜

Nice house right on the beach

If you are looking for a house on the beach this will be perfect for you. The home is literally on the beach, you walk to the end of the garden and open the gate and are on the beach. A rarity in the greek islands. The owners were very responsive to all our requests before our stay (2 baby beds, chairs, helping us arrange daily cleaning etc) and whilst our stay for the smallest of items and we felt very at home. The house is very nice- we were 3 adults and 2 small babies and it was a good size though I'd say it could work for two families max as downstairs is one bedroom/one openspace living room and upstairs is the same but smaller. The house is well equipped for cooking and a 2 weeklyc leaning service is paid for the hosts and is excellent. If you are looking for somewhere on the beach this is a very nice option
