    Our fully equipped house features 2 cozy bedrooms, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and offers complete comfort and privacy just 2.5 km from Naousa Village.

    Enjoy free parking and a spacious veranda with panoramic Aegean Sea views, ideal for relaxing mornings, sunset evenings, or remote work. Explore nearby beaches, traditional tavernas, and the charming streets of Naousa for a truly authentic island experience!

    The space

    Peaceful Cycladic house in Agios Andreas, Naousa, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 twin), 1 private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for daily cooking.

    The property offers air conditioning in all main rooms, fast Wi-Fi, free private parking, and a spacious veranda with unobstructed panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. Outdoor seating is available for relaxing mornings and sunset evenings.

    Located 2.5 km from Naousa Village, the house provides complete privacy while remaining a short drive from beaches, traditional tavernas, supermarkets, and nightlife.

    Guest access

    Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, the private bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and the veranda. There are no shared spaces.

    We are discreetly available during your stay if you need anything. Please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

    Other things to note

    Check-in can be arranged either in person at the property or via self check-in with key access, depending on your preference. We meet guests directly at the property upon arrival.

    Private parking is available on site.

    The house is located on the upper level and includes a few steps, typical of Cycladic architecture.

    We are flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible, as long as the property is properly prepared for the next guest.

    The property is easily found via GPS, and we are available to assist at any time if you experience any difficulty finding the location.

Perfect holiday house! My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. It is just outside the town of Naoussa. Perfect location and close proximity to everything. The house is beautiful and comfortable. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to stay on this beautiful island.. The host is very friendly and warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The accommodation was truly wonderful. It was clean, cosy, had lots of windows with shutters and was well equipped. We slept like babies in the bed. The terrace was the highlight of the accommodation and we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside.

An exceptional stay in Paros! The house is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in a peaceful setting with breathtaking ocean views. The host was incredibly warm, generous, and attentive to every detail. A very special mention to IRMA, the sweetest dog, and GOURIOURI, the lovely cat — they completely stole our hearts and made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, we would gladly do so!

Great location

This property has a great big terrace and a beautiful view. The location is outside of town, but is very convenient. I will definitely consider staying here again if I am on Paros.

Great place in Naousa

We really enjoyed our stay in Naousa. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor veranda is great and usually always has a perfect breeze. The property is close to beautiful beaches and Paros Park for hiking. We would definitely go back!

Location exceptionnelle. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Tout était parfait : la situation avec en prime la vue sur la mer, le logement, la gentillesse du propriétaire, la propreté….les lieux sont tels que sur les photos. Les draps et les serviettes ont été changés tous les 4 jours, le ménage fait…merci à Anastasios et sa famille!

I loved the top floor apartment of this home! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is one of the nicest vrbo’s that I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the best is the wonderful balcony with a cool breeze off the water and a wonderful view. You need a car if you stay here to get into Naoussa. It’s not practical to walk 30 minutes to and from. We had a car though and there were parking lots in town that had spaces if you get there early enough. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful Patio with a View

Everything inside the unit was just fine. But the real delight was the PATIO. Comfortable seating, gentle breeze, and looking at the Naoussa Bay - Terrific!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay in Naousa. The house was exactly as pictured, if not better! We loved the deck and had a great view of the ocean. It was about a 15-20 minute walk into town but would definitely recommend a car with this location. Being slightly outside of town gave us the quiet and serene vibe we were looking for while still being extremely close to all the beaches and restaurants we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this lovely home!

Wonderful flat just outside Naousa

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this flat. It was close enough to town but just far enough away to feel relaxed. The location was convenient to beaches and local coffee shops but also quiet. We loved mornings on the large deck working out and sipping coffee. The host was extremely friendly and communicative. Could not recommend more.
