Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families with an infant, thanks to the available crib (upon request). The space combines contemporary furnishings, vintage touches, and a small, fully equipped kitchen. The ideal base for experiencing the magic and authentic flavors of Parma’s historic center.

Sant’Anna Studio is a little gem where the old and the new blend in perfect harmony. Featuring warm hardwood floors and walls in a vibrant shade of powder blue, the space is designed to offer the utmost in style and comfort within a skillfully optimized layout.

The space opens onto a living area with a classic solid-wood dining table and a white, functional open kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and blender.
In the relaxation area, you can settle into a stunning vintage Art Deco-style armchair, browse through the art books on the bookshelf, or watch your favorite series on the wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix.

The sleeping area is partially separated by a dark architectural screen specifically designed to preserve privacy and filter natural light: here you’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed equipped with a 5 cm mattress topper for a restful night’s sleep, complemented by a full-length mirror.

The true gem of the home is the bathroom: a small, striking bathroom adorned with the water-repellent “Niveum” wall covering designed by Italian artist Eva Germani for Wall&Decò, a sumptuous floral composition featuring large-scale flowers in delicate hues. It features a large circular mirror backlit by LEDs, a modern glass shower enclosure, a countertop sink, and a charming vintage vanity.

For the summer months, from June through September, the studio is equipped with a powerful 12,000 BTU Klarstein air conditioner.
