The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a desk;

- FULL BATHROOM with a bathtub with showerhead, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- GUEST BATHROOM with sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), mosquito net, iron and ironing board, clothesline, coat rack, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The building does NOT have an elevator; you will need to climb stairs.

- The fireplace in the living room is a decorative feature and CANNOT be used.

- There is NO air conditioning.



7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, either in person or via self-check-in.

The check-in method, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated to you before your arrival.

If you check in late—after 9:00 PM—in person, the following rates will apply:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- 25.00 euros

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros

The property is located in the heart of Parma’s historic center, in an area rich in charm and history. The term “Borgo” refers to one of the characteristic streets of the city center—often narrow and cobblestone—that preserve the city’s authentic atmosphere.​

Just a few minutes’ walk away is Piazza Duomo, home to the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta—one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in Italy— and the Baptistery of Parma, famous for its octagonal structure made of pink marble and its sculptural decorations. In addition, just a few minutes away, you can reach the Palazzo della Pilotta with its museums and the Teatro Farnese, the prestigious Teatro Regio, and the Botanical Garden, a green oasis managed by the University.

This area is well-served by public transportation: the “Strada Repubblica Prefettura” bus stop is about a 4-minute walk away, while “Piazzale Risorgimento” and “Viale San Michele” are less than 10 minutes away. The Parma train station is about 4 km away.

- From Parma Station, the apartment is about a 20-minute walk; alternatively, you can take Bus Line 8 to the Strada Repubblica Prefettura stop, which is a 4-minute walk away.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with access prohibited during the following hours: 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

For those traveling by car, parking is not included; paid parking is available in public lots located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
