"Very unique and quintessential apartment with lots of character. The unit was clean with all the necessary amenities. It can be loud outside but with the windows closed, drowns out all the noise. The AC was nice to have. It’s close to a lot of really delicious restaurants and coffee shops, as well as close to jump onto the tram."

Lots of neighbourhood small restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hotel front desk staffed most of the time but it might be a good idea to get an entrance code in advance if arriving late. "This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly, information and personable. We had great conversations with them at the lovely quaint bar. We will definitely return!!"

The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. "This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. Even during a weekend where there were major concerts, I didn’t hear any noise staying here. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. "Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping."

"Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with arranging taxi transport for pick up when we arrived and also an early morning departure. Great, simple fresh breakfast was wonderful. Con: it is quite an incline from where an uber / bolt can pick up and drop off to the hotel front door which can be challenging with any rolling luggage or if anyone with physical limitations.
