"The gym was spacious and had a variety of equipment. The breakfast was very good. It had plenty of variety and healthy options."

"I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them. "

"The room was clean and the location was great if you plan to do some shopping at Easton - you just walk from hotel. As far as the room - the bed was not comfortable, mushy and you totally “sink” into it. The TV remote did not work so we had to call front desk to send someone to replace the remote (that was at 10:00 p.m. and although an inconvenience they took care of it promptly). I would probably not stay here again but that is due to the very uncomfortable bed."

"I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. "

"Jetted tub didn't work and the door to the room wouldn't close unless u slammed it shut"

"The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. He was unable to give me a receipt or check me out electronically because he said computer was down. Check in went perfectly and my room was nice and was clean."

"I was told I could get a refund through my 3rd party and they declined it, toilet didn't flush and dirty bed sheets. I didn't even stay I drive home."

"Upon check-in I was immediately redirected to another hotel further away due to technical probelsm. The sister property the suburban studios was terrible very dirty, broken locks and sheets not clean, ac leaked and flooded the floors. Never recommend very bad experience. Cheap price and that is what you get."

"The staff is rude and not very helpful there is never any towels or washcloths or hand towels in the rooms and when you ask for them they get an attitude about having to give them to you when they do bring them to you they are not the cleanest "

"Last minute booking you get what you get. Glad there was a microwave and mini fridge but other than that, cheap hotel. The shower didn’t even look clean and I swear there was dried blood stain on the floor. Thank goodness we didn’t get bedbugs "
