"Really enjoyed my stay. The room is super spacious and veey clean and comfortable. All toiletaries are provided and the check-in staff is exceptionally welcoming. The bfast is from 730-10am, basic but variety of fruits. The hotel is in the heart of the city, walkable from all sightseeing places and evn the Central Bus station and airport bus drop-off. A must stay in Vientiane"

"The property has an elegant interior design in the common areas, and the staff (Mouk, Sisavath, and Khao) were helpful. "Super attentive, I told them it was my cousins celebration and they were able to bring a whole cake! Rooms are clean with over the top details and amenities. The skybar was entertaining with incredibly flavourful food as well. "

They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. "Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories."

"Very satisfied, bed and pillows were excellent, clean and modern hotel, helpful and smiling staff. Aircon was good but switched off a few times, not sure why. Location very good. Pool is fine, but there were no real sunbeds though you can sit in the pool. Recommended if you want modern comfort"

"The room is just right for 2 people, not too spacious but its ok. It has a long desk and a view of the street but sound proof. Comfortable bed and walking distance to tourist spots and dining options. Ibis Vientiane Nam Pho is safe since it is 1 block away from Police station and Presidents Palace. Breakfast is good too, serving hot food. Highly recommended. "
