"Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories."

They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. (Trouble not connected to the hotel) I can highly recommend this place they really shine if you need some assistance during your stay."

La habitación es amplia, la cama muy cómoda, todo es de madera, muy trabajada en el pais. Bañoa amplio y muy limpio. El personal es atento y muy servicial, como gesto de cortesía te trasladan sin coste al aeropuerto el dia que te vas. Fue una estancia muy placentera."

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before.
