Lake view home with mountain views by Havasu Springs

  • This recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home, located in Hillcrest Bay, overlooks the Bill Williams Reserve, Lake Havasu and Havasu Springs. Beautiful Lake views and sits only a mile from the famous Parker Strip on the Colorado River. Multiple restaurants and floating bars sit along this strip of river. You can sit outside of any of these restaurants and watch the boats speed by.
    Lake Havasu free boat ramp is 1 mile away, and you can launch on the river within 2 miles. The property lies at the south end of Lake Havasu, so gets less boat traffic, but a lot of events take place within view of the property, including water skiing, boat racing, etc.
    Plenty of parking in front of home for your truck and boat or toy trailer. Garage parking for your car or small boat. There are innumerable trails for 4 wheeling.

    Home is fully appointed and has a washer/dryer in a separate shed. Everything you need to boat, fish, hike, bike, ATV, etc.
    It has a custom walk-in shower remodeled in 2016. Truly an outdoor enthusiasts dream!

    Home sits directly between Parker Arizona and Lake Havasu, which means that it offers the excitement of the Lake, with a bit less noise and traffic. You can boat to the London Bridge easily from the boat ramp 1 mile away.

    There is an outdoor motion camera by front door and back patio. They are usually deactivated after guest checkin.

Great Place on the Lake

This house was clean with a very pretty view of the lake. It is only a couple minutes from Havasu Springs. We look forward to staying here again next summer.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I am in the area, it has everything I could ask for and gives the comfort of home. The house is clean, comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. Sharron is a fantastic host and is always responsive if I have any questions. My fiancé loves the beautiful decor inside and outside the house as well. I cannot wait for our next visit there- thank you Sharron!!!

We love staying here - it's always amazing

We had a great stay here again. The place was recently updated with nice wood floors and other new furniture. The beds are really comfortable and it's got everything we need to cook and bbq. We also love the view. Can't wait to come back next year.

Cozy, Clean, & Comfortable

The property was absolutely as described and very comfortable for my daughter and I for the Parker Float weekend. Communication with the host was pleasant and prompt. Their hospitality was top notch and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our trip easy and comfortable.

Absolutely love this Rental, my favorite vacation Rental in the area. So clean and the hosts are so amazing to work with. It’s our go to every year! Beautiful view, great layout and just overall very clean and comfortable.

Great Stay at Lake Havasu

The property worked out perfectly for us. It’s clean, comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient for accessing the lake facilities through the Havasu Springs Resort. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to staying at the property in the future!

Very nice view

This place is perfect for a couple, two couples or a small family. The property manager/owner is great to work with. Convenient location between the towns of Parker and Lake Havasu.

Great place with amazingly views and sunsets

Great place with amazing views and sunsets. We rented the house to break in our new boat on the lake. It all worked out great with easy access. Everything we needed was there. Will suggest family stay here when visiting us.

This property is perfect for visiting south Lake Havasu, has a nice view of the lake as well. The owner is a pleasure to work with, keeps the property clean and well appointed.
