Located in the exclusive community of Juniper Landing this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, contemporary townhome offers an elegant home away in an ideal location. Directly on the Canyons Golf course, this home offers superb panoramic views of the golf course and mountain beyond. Conveniently located, such is a short walk (0.1 miles, 3 minutes) or complimentary shuttle ride to the Frostwood Gondola, your gateway to Park City Mountains' 7300 skiable acres. The perfect place to enjoy all the best Park City has to offer.

The luxury residence offers the opportunity for wonderful gatherings of family and friends with plenty of room for everyone to spread out in ultimate comfort. You'll appreciate the superb craftsmanship of the deluxe home, including multiple decks, patios, and views.

The heart of the three-level home is the second level, relax in the living room, prepare feasts in the sumptuous kitchen, and play games around the dining table. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is appointed with high-end appliances, so bring the chef in the family, and don't forget the gas grill on the patio, ideal for your favorite grill master to prepare meals.

The master bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It is outfitted with luxurious furnishings including a king bed and comfortable seating. Enjoy a private balcony, fireplace, and large soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom.

On the lower level, you will find the bunk room, ideal for kids or teens in your group. This bedroom features 4 sets of twin bunk beds and comfortable bean bags surrounding a flatscreen TV.

The remaining two guest suites are located on the third level of the home and are furnished with queen beds, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. These two bedrooms share a balcony that offers stunning views of the golf course. There is additional sleeping in the loft upstairs on a sofa sleeper and immediate access to the balcony.

All bedrooms have smart TVs supporting internet apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). You'll enjoy a two-car garage with ski racks for your skis and snowboards, and a boot dryer to ensure you are ready to go the next day. All together the home sleeps 14.

The intimate development has a gorgeous, uncrowded year-round outdoor heated pool (one of the best in the area), hot tub, and a fully equipped fitness room. Walk to fine dining, full bar and top rated spa at the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Park City.

While the Frostwood Gondola is nearby and walkable, providing access to all of Park City Mountain, complimentary on demand area transportation is available (winter season). Complimentary bus taking you further afield to Main Street / Old Town, Deer Valley and other parts of Park City can be picked up a short 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk from the property (with option of having the on demand area transportation drop you off at the stop).

We loved the location, kitchen was well stocked, large dinning room table for everyone to eat together and spacious. The Management company responded timely to our questions. Highly recommend.

Very Pricey for the Service and Unit

Nice unit and great location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Waldorf Gondola. When we arrived Wednesday evening, the trash cans in the garage were full of the previous guests' trash, and remained that way our entire stay. There was no hand-soap in the bathrooms, no body wash or shampoo in any of the bathrooms, and they only had one rather small shower towel for each person. We were forced to go buy soap and shampoo. The overall cleanliness of the unit was okay--though do not look underneath the bed in the master suite. There must have been 4 years of dust there. We had to cut our stay by one day. Instead of staying 6 nights, we needed it cut to 5 nights. Over a week before our arrival I contacted the management company, luxury mountain destinations--and asked if I could get a credit of one day. The individual I spoke with, snidely stated he can check me out one day early, but will not give me a credit. As if I would agree to have them rent it out to someone else, and make double the money for that night. I told them no thank you. Overall okay stay. I would look for something a little less pricey for the level of service and detail.

Great place and location!

Loved our place had everything you needed, great location to everything! Clean, big enough, outdoor fire table good location to pool hot tub and fitness center, concerts on hill. Highly recommend. Management very timely with a few questions we had.

Perfect place!

This is a beautiful place with plenty of room. It’s very well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay! Walking distance to gondola which takes you to the base for skiing, shopping or dining. We will definitely be back!

Convenient Location

The house was the perfect location for all of park city's activities and adventures! We enjoyed our stay, house was perfect for a big family with plenty of sleeping arrangements and very clean. We also loved the amenities that the townhouse offered! The pool and spa was wonderful!

Family Ski Vacation

We were two families with 2 kids apiece. We found the location was easy to get the kids to ski school at Canyons Village. The Condo itself provided enough space for the kids and adults to spread out. Wonderful property.

Great house, great location

We had a great time. The house was centrally located with respect to the summer activities available in Park City. The house itself is really nice. It is clean, well-stocked, and the layout is great. Our kids had a lot of fun in the room on the first floor with 8 bunks.

Great place to stay with several families

We loved our stay. It is close enough to walk to the gondola to get up the mountain to ski. We checked our skis in valet each evening, so we were only carrying our boots back and forth each day. The layout was great for our 3 families and the kids all shared the bunk room which was spacious enough for 8 kids. There weren't any restaurants super close, but you could either ride the gondola up the mountain and take a short uber into town. The pool and the hot tub were great too! There were some cleaning issues when we arrived, but they were all immediately addressed and we were very comfortable with our stay. We would certainly go back!

The property was as advertised. The space was ideally located to accessing amenities like groceries and restaurants along with the skiing. Fantastic property, Completely Delivers!

My family of seven (complete with adult children) deeply enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and closely mirrored the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. Linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are particular about our pillows and these were great. The younger boys appreciated the bunk room and everyone enjoyed the outdoor furniture. I can’t recommend this house highly enough.

Two thumbs up!

This property was well maintained and conveniently located to the pool/hot tub/fitness area, ski lift, ski rentals, etc... clean property with plenty of space—great property for a group of 8+ people. The property did have carry-over signs of a dog / dog hair, which was not a major problem for our group but did require some extra “grooming” of our clothes after sitting in the family room chairs. Bring your lint rollers!
