Walk to Lifts, 2 Bed 2 Bath in the Heart of Everything Park City

​​​​​​Welcome to Empire House Hideaway, your perfect spot to enjoy the largest ski resort in the United States. Nestled in the heart of downtown Park City, Utah, this little gem is a cozy, old-school mountain hideaway convenient to everything Park City has to offer in both winter and summer.

With its distinctive Victorian architecture and it's “Old Town” location directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, Empire House is a local treasure just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. There are just 12 coveted units in Empire House and only two that offer two bedrooms and two baths, making Empire Hideaway a perfect winter and summer retreat for couples, families and other groups of six or fewer.

Open the front door and you are greeted by Park City Mountain. We are a three-minute walk to the base area, including the “First Time”, “Crescent” and “Payday” lifts. No loading or parking hassles, no fumbling with gear on stairs or an elevator. Just put on your gear and walk out the door. If you're a mountain biker, access the entire Park City Mountain trail system via the Crescent Lift, a one-minute ride out your front door. Need to rent a bike or skis? Cole Sport is a few minutes' walk down Empire Ave.

The Main Street district is a ten-minute walk. There, you can enjoy world-class dining, entertainment, shopping and “Park Silly”, an open-air artist market and street festival held on Sundays during the Summer. Are pickleball, tennis, basketball or skate and bike parks on your itinerary? Beautiful “City Park” is one block away.

Living Area
Enjoy a movie on a big-screen HD television, nestled on a huge, comfy sectional (that doubles as a sleeper) in front of a cozy gas fireplace. Stream your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth-enabled sound bar. A gorgeous shiplap accent wall creates a classic ski lodge vibe.

Kitchen Area
An open plan and pine cabinetry with authentic aspen log furnishings in the kitchen and dining area create a rustic chic ambience and encourage togetherness during mealtime. There are six comfortable settings in the dining/bar area and the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with cookware and accessories to meet your culinary needs.

Bed and Bath
The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed with a premium mattress, a flat screen TV and a charming bay window. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower and cozy soaking tub.
The guest room features a fun queen-over-full bunk bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Location, Location, Location!!

Really cannot beat the location of this property- 3 min walk to chairlift was super convenient esp with our 4yr old daughter and easy to hop on the shuttle for a quick ride to Main St! Would definitely book again!

Great location for a couples Park City vacation.

Really well maintained property ( the ceiling fan was not working well in one bathroom and they replaced it while we were there- great service). Nice gas fireplace. Pretty quiet even though we were on the bottom floor.

Perfect ski location

Perfect, cozy vacation home - spacious and clean. Walking distance to Mountain village can’t be beat. We didn’t have hot water for 24+ hours which was not ideal, but management had great communication.

Great location - poor management and customer service

We were subjected to 4 days without hot water in this location. Management offered to move us on day 2 after we were fully unpacked and groceries were stocked, which was extremely inconvenient and we were confident the issue would be resolved immediately, We had to shower at a remote location a block away, which was an incredible inconvenience. After all this, Turnkey management offered to refund us $185. I asked them to please reevaluate their proposed compensation and the would not budge. I have to laugh this one off....

Great stay in an amazing location. Fantastic rental for 2 couples looking to enjoy the slopes and downtown of Park City. Thin walls and noisy upstairs neighbors was the only downside. Would stay here again no question.

Fantastic Access to the Ski Resort

This is a great little condo in a clean building. The condo is well furnished, and the beds are all new/comfortable - even the pullout couch. The kitchen has everything one needs to have an enjoyable stay, and having a washing machine/dryer in the unit is a major plus. If you've been to Park City, you'll know parking is at a premium, so it's great to have parking garage access as well. This condo is located literally across from the main Park City Center Village parking lot. We were able to walk to and from the lifts in less than 3 minutes, and it's so close, we were able to return home each afternoon for lunch. We also could walk downtown in ten minutes, and there's a shuttle stop literally across the street from the condo if you don't want to walk. I would highly recommend this unit for families, and I would imagine it would be equally convenient for a summer trip as it was for a winter ski vacation.

Great location!

This cozy little spot in a perfect location. Walking distance to the shops on Main Street and directly across from the ski lifts. Great communications with Turnkey. So close to restaurants and nightlife. Short drive to Salt Lake City and the salt flats. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to be right in the middle of things in Park City.

Ski Weekend Getaway

We rented this property for 2 couples. There was plenty of room. The queen bed in the second bedroom was moved slightly to accommodate the second couple but otherwise the condo was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you could need. There were even some extras (coffee filters, spices, coffee, tea, plastic wrap, etc) that you don't always find in rentals. And there was enough toilet paper, paper towels & Kleenex to get us by. The location was fantastic - the ski resort is across the parking lot. We rented lockers and did ski valet every day to avoid lugging skis but you could without issue. We walked to the grocery store and to old town. We would definitely return to this condo.

Great condo in a fabulous location!

Being able to walk everywhere, even in winter, was fabulous! The condo was clean and spacious, fire place a nice feature. Location was the best, and with a patch of snow to play on in the front yard.
