Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the home was well laid out, spacious, and comfortable. Pros: Plenty of room, washer/dryer, hot tub, downstairs den, towels, view, and internet. Cons: No access to garage (snowed majority of week so frequently had to clear off and around car), access to hot-tub was only through my daughter's bedroom so no morning and evening access, condiments in kitchen were wanting (basically just salt/pepper), coffee maker had grinds in basket and needed thorough cleaning before use (looked like it sat there for a while in this condition), rod in downstairs bathroom was jury-rigged and fell apart into the tub and cut my shin when I gently lifted the towel to dry off, grill on porch appeared old and was difficult to control flame & heat, no grill utensils so had to use Teflon spatula, key to enter house was in old lock box at foot level so awkward to get at and was frozen when we attempted to put key back (so had to leave on kitchen table), water in hot--tub was very low so had to add 30 gallons with hose. Overall, I would generally give a property like this 5-stars but, given the issues, I felt 3-stars was more accurate. Had we had garage access, I would have given the property 4-stars. Note: Owner communicated well during our trip and was very polite.
