Enjoy the private hot tub, deck with valley and Uinta mountain views.

You'll also have easy access to golf, skiing at the Canyons Village (with free shuttle service from your door), and miles of hiking and mountain biking!

The Space:
Wake up in the morning and get ready for your day on the mountain by cooking breakfast in the new open kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

At the end of the day, the living room invites to put your feet up and stay awhile. Settle into the sofa or one of the cozy armchairs by the fireplace and relax with a movie on the smart TV.

In the evenings, sink into the hot tub, and take in the mountain views.

Outdoor adventure awaits you just up the street at the popular Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, with the Frostwood Gondola just a few minutes walk or quick hop on the free Canyons Village Connect shuttle.

You’re also only minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort and historic Old Town and Main Street Park City.

The Neighborhood:
The nearest lift at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain is a 5 minute walk, or take the free Canyons Village shuttle service - use the app to order it right to your door!

In Canyons Village, you’ll have direct access to the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express. The Village is also home to great gear shops, delicious restaurants, and awesome events all year round.

You’re just minutes from Old Town Park City and Deer Valley for even more skiing and snowboarding options. All the ski resorts offer summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

Don’t miss strolling down Main Street in Park City, stopping for a coffee at a cute café or browsing the art collections at the local galleries.

Getting Around:
It's very easy to get around via the free shuttle service in the Canyons Village, and Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to the rest of town. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts.

If you have car(s), there's a 1 car garage as well as driveway space for 1-2 more cars.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
