Welcome to Susan’s Solace! A pristine condo just steps from the Canyons Cabriolet and on the golf course. Find yourself in the heart of Park City with all it has to offer including bike trails, amazing skiing/snowboarding, fine dining, and shopping!

Relax at Susan’s Solace, a new luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with amazing mountain views in every room and plenty of amenities in the new modern Blackstone community. Private, beautifully appointed, and within walking distance to the Canyon’s Cabriolet. Wrap up a day of mountain exploration by watching your favorite movie, or soak in the community hot tub before resting up for another day of adventure! Located with easy access to the Canyons resort, 10 minutes from Park City Mountain, 15 minutes from Deer Valley, and just 30 minutes from SLC airport, staying at Susan’s Solace is not an opportunity you’ll want to miss.

THE SPACE
Walk in to sleek wood floors and giant view windows where you will be able to sleep up to 6 guests, with 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest bedroom, and 2 on the sofa bed. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen, a half bathroom with a in unit washer & dryer inside, a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom, WIFI, and Smart TV’s with access to your favorite streaming services.

THE KITCHEN
Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine, toaster, crockery, utensils, and cookware.

THE LIVING ROOM
In the cozy living room you will find nature views, a dining table for 6, a full sized pull out sofa bed, fireplace, and a smart TV with cable.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom enjoys a king bed, bedside Sonos speakers, en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and a smart TV with cable.

GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom is also set up with a king bed, bedside Sonos speakers, en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV with cable.

PARKING
Guests will have access to 1 assigned parking stall in the secure underground parking garage with elevator access. There is also additional uncovered parking just outside of the unit building.

BLACKSTONE
The Blackstone condominiums are a well maintained community with many of its homes being used as vacation rentals as well as permanent residents. It is located within walking distance to the Canyons Cabriolet which can take you directly to the Canyon’s resort. It is also a short 10 minute drive to the Park City Mountain & Park City Main street, 10 minutes front he Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Blackstone also offers guests access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, and pool.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- There is elevator access to the unit from the underground parking garage
- No smoking

- This home sleeps 6, 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest bedroom, and 2 on the sofa bed.
- There is a washer and dryer located in the half bathroom just off the kitchen.

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

This condo is luxurious and beautifully furnished . The unit has gorgeous mountain views . Quiet and away from craziness of the village , yet accessible by cabriolet lift .

Property was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked with all necessary tools and spices. The location was convenient to get onto the Cabriolet and we both walked and drove. Having a car is nice to get into Park City or other places around but not entirely necessary as we took the free city bus a couple times while there. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of this unit as soon as we walked in. The furnishings were tasteful and not cluttered. We were also impressed that the kitchen was outfitted with good knives, pots, etc. Often you'll see cheap equipment in rentals. It was particularly pleasant to look out over a snowy field, which is a summer golf course. It was fun to watch kids playing and dogs romping out the large window.
