Step in the main entrance to find the cozy living space glowing from natural lighting from the vaulted windowed walls. Between the wrap around kitchen with warm hues and modern accents, to the dining table with seating six, further into the living room with lounging space around the large stone fireplace and TV, settle in for the ideal cabin hideaway.

Wind down the staircase to the lowest level to find ample storage in the mud room, with bench seating, cubbies and ski racks, smartly situated near the garage entrance to dash out to catch the shuttle to ski just down the street. After a day on slopes, traverse back to wind down in the private hot tub on the patio.

As the nights progress, find three bedrooms upstairs. Starting with the main bedroom on the level above the living room, which has a king bed, nestled reading nook and ensuite with soaking tub, shower, plus dual vanity. One more flight up the stairs discovers two more bedrooms both with queen beds and a shared ensuite with a shower and dual vanity.

With just a short walk or shuttle from Park City’s popular shopping and dining spots, and Park City Mountain Resort or up to Deer Valley or Snow Park, this home offers a prime location for exploring the area.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars is one. There is one parking space available in the covered garage.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
