This three-bedroom townhome commands a prime location at the base of The Canyons. The inviting open-concept floor plan spans three floors, and large windows throughout the home offer tranquil tree-lined views. As a guest at the Red Pine Condominiums, you’ll have access to an array of recreational amenities - including a pool and hot tub.

A large sectional and comfy rocking chair in the living room offer seating for eight, providing the perfect place to unwind by the gas fireplace. Swap stories from your day’s adventures, or watch a movie on the Samsung 50” TV with a surround sound system, DVD player, and cable TV. Large windows overlook the surrounding pines, while a glass door leads to a private patio with mountain views.

After a day of skiing, whip up a hearty dinner in the sleek kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the ample cookware, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, and eye-catching black granite countertops. Gather for meals at the dining table set for eight or the kitchen bar that seats three. The primary suite is on the third floor and features a gas fireplace. The private patio has seating for two, offering a pleasant spot to relax in the fresh pine-scented air. To enjoy meals outside pack a basket and head to one of the nearby picnic areas.

Minutes away from the slopes, this townhome offers an ideal location for winter enthusiasts. A mere 2-minute drive will have you at the Cabriolet ski lift, which will whisk you to the slopes and the Canyons Village. Once at Canyons Village, check out One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports for any added gear you might need. For an evening out, drive 4.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street for a plethora of shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Clubhouse, pool and hot tub are closed mid-April until Memorial Day weekend, and the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Friday after Thanksgiving.
The Canyons Connect Shuttle can take guests door to door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

good with some surprises

Nice spot at Canyons, and the Vacasa property management team was great with dealing with multiple issues. We had missing A/C remotes, a water backup in the master bathroom that leaked into the kitchen. Although this was really frustrating and it took some time to come to a conclusion, eventually the Vacasa team was able to expedite the repairs.

MIxed experience

The townhouse was well located, well maintained and very clean. The downstairs rooms were a nice size but very dark due to the small windows. No real issues with the townhouse but the inflexibility about the checkout time made for a very miserable trip home. Most of us had a stomach flu (including a baby) and despite my begging, they would not give us even a 30 minute extension on the 10 am checkout time even though no one else was coming in the next day. Doubtful I will use this company again.

Large condo easily sleeps seven!

This is a lovely, large condo that comfortably slept 5 adults and two kids, aged 3 & 6. The location was ideal. It was an easy shuttle ride to town or to the ski lift. The children were thrilled find toys, games, dvds, and books. The kitchen was clean and easy for meals.

Clean townhouse in a phenomenal location

We had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. It was a wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse with a bathroom dedicated to each bedroom. This made it an ideal space for a group of friends. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed multiple at home. The shuttle service and access to transportation is why at make this place phenomenal not to mention the view!

Enjoyed our stay. CV Connect was a great shuttle service. Kitchen was small but functional. Had to request trash bags and more white towels for the pool / jacuzzi and got them that day.

5 days of skiing heaven

nice condo, very clean and well appointed. could use some decor updates... I would suggest that all of your unit owners go to the newer electronic locks, we use a lock on rentals that is programmed remotely and we use the last 4 digits of the tenants cell phone as access code, you can also program to allow access at 4:00 day of check-in....

Spacious townhome in a great location with all the essentials to just check in and enjoy it!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The 4 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms meant that everyone had a cozy place to sleep and no one was fighting over bathroom space! The living room was very accommodating for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 12 year old boys). It was relaxing to cuddle up under a nice warm blanket with the fire going and talk about all the fun we had on the slopes. The place came with all the essentials (plenty of towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish washing soap, and detergent, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, shampoos, coffee filters) just to name a few. From the living room couch, I could watch the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble lift take people up the mountain and see little skiers/boarders coming down the mountain. The location is perfect for the Canyons! We used the free Canyons Connect app every day to get us to and from the lifts in the Canyons center (be sure to tip). It was awesome just walking out the door into a nice sized shuttle that would drive us right up to the Sundial arch which is a very short walk to the lifts (minute or 2 max). Leave the Cabriolet lift to those parking in that lot (that line would get LONG), so the Canyons Connect shuttle is definitely the way to go if you're staying here! Checking in was a breeze. They emailed us the door code with directions, and we never had a bit of trouble getting in and locking the place up when we would leave for the day. I didn't realize there were trash bags under the bag that was in there, so I texted the # on the reservation and received a reply within minutes. We really loved the fireplace and how easy it was just to flip the switch and have nice warm air blowing into the room with the ambiance of the fire! Great place, so spacious, great location, easy check-in, great communication (when it was necessary), and we would absolutely recommend and stay at this townhome again!!

Post New Years ski vacation

We along with our son and his family, which included 2 teens, enjoyed 6 days in Park City. The layout of the condo was perfect to accommodate a group varying in age from 13 to 75. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, though you do need a new toaster, as the spatula was needed to hold the lever down. Though we did not ski at Canyons (our Mammoth passes did not transfer there) it was perfectly situated for access to that resort. It had been 17 years since we last visited, so were overwhelmed by the changes. Close access to ski rental, grocery stores, liquor store and Walmart were a surprise and welcomed. We would return.

Perfect Condo for my husband's annual ski trip!

The condo very comfortably accommodated five guests. The ability to walk to the lifts is amazing. Great access to the pool and hot tubs as well. The unit was clean, beds where comfortable and everyone was happy! 5 Stars!!
