"No t.v. Working. We asked 2 days in a row and it was never fixed. The bathroom fan didn’t work, bathroom door was broken and put together with pan head screws, shower curtain didn’t fit the tub. Light in bathroom was blinking all the time. You could hear people from inside the bathroom. Someone smoking dope in room next to us. Fireplace didn’t work. They were under construction and we couldn’t use the balcony. It would have been nice to know this before we stayed. They never replaced our towels...

"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"

"Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything!
Staff were very helpful and friendly!
The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs.
Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute.
We rode the gondola to the top of the mountain and then took a beautiful, not too difficult hike!
Plenty of restaurants and shops that you could walk to.

"The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."
