With ski-in/ski-out access and just steps from your door, your mountain experience awaits you!

What’s nearby:
Ideally located in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, this condo is ski-in/ski-out for the winter season and easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails for summer. You will be pampered with fine dining options, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley’s signature boutique store for your convenience within the Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resorts, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has no AC.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- This unit is located above Christy's Sports, which offers great access to ski rentals and gear if needed! Unfortunately, this also comes with additional noise and intermittent vibrations in the living room area, which can last into the evening after closing. AvantStay does not have control over this activity.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Refrigerator in kitchen was broken. We arrived super late, so next morning as we checked out the unit and we noticed a very small college dorm style refrigerator in the dinning area. We though that was very odd and took up a huge spot in the dining area. We opened the kitchen fridge to an awful smell and noticed it was warm. This now changed our entire grocery shopping plan & list. We had to cut out majority of our grocery items on our list due to the lack of fridge space. We then also had to constantly walk out of the kitchen around the counter into the dinning room every time we needed something out of the fridge. We specifically rented a condo so we could make one grocery store run for everything we needed to make own meals for majority of our time. We had to reach out to the property manager as to status of this issue, no one reached out to us. They sent a tech to check out the fridge to find out it could not be fixed while on our stay, but that was not until half way into our stay. They offered to relocate us to another unit, however we had completely unpacked and moving was not an option as we were up and skiing majority of the day. We were told we’d be compensated for the inconvenience but have yet to hear of or see such refund. We should have been notified of this issue and moved to different unit prior to arrival. Outside of this major issue the unit location to skiing, and other items provided were fine. The patio definitely is lacking a couple chairs.

Amazing Location

Can’t beat the location. You are only steps away from the slopes which was nice with younger children. Deer Valley also offers a free ski storage right outside the building which was a nice added amenity that I don’t think is mentioned in the listing. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing with incredible views. My only complaint is not having an in person receptionist. Having to rely on the app or phone calls on a few simple questions we had was not easy. Many times I never heard back during our stay. Would stay there again though.

Location, location, location

The interior is a little dated, but this is a roomy, 2 BR, 1.5 BA, with W/D. The best thing about it by far is the location: the condo building is literally adjacent to the Silver Lake Lodge and lift. It's not ski in/ski out, but you are skiing less than 2 minutes after you leave your condo. Decent restaurants nearby too. High.y recommended.

Great location

This was our second time staying in the same building, and the accommodation was exactly what we expected. The unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We were right in the middle of this cluster of buildings, and very close to everything.We used their grocery order, but it wasn’t the best. The ice cream was completely melted into liquid, so that was a waste of money. For such an expensive service, I expect better.Overall, we loved staying there, and plan on going back.

Great location

Had to move out of our house to remediate a water leak. This was close to our house so we rented. The location and ease of in and out were great. It was middle of summer and a little warm as it has no ac but not unbearable. We be awesome in winter for skiing. Ample clean linens and towels. Some reviews complained about parking but we have suv and the in and out was easy and designated space located convenient to elevator.

Had a great time. Check in was a bit of a nightmare never heard back from management company when asked multiple times where we could store our luggage til check in and then were somewhat chastised when the code worked so we went in early. Other management companies have been very accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in due to our flight schedule but felt management company was attaching a price tag to questions we asked ($$$ for earlier check in times based on the hour, price was twice the amount for their transportation company to pick us up versus a local limousine service).
