In the center of the Park City Base Area lies our cozy 1+bedroom condo that provides the ideal retreat for your upcoming mountain vacation. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace, 2 Large HD Smart TVs, 2 private decks overlooking ice skating rink, inviting you to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Comfortable King size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Queen size Murphy bed in Living Room with it's own full bathroom including stacked washer and dryer.

The beautifully renovated and fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a full size stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary appliances which allows you to whip up delicious meals, while the breakfast bar provides the perfect setting for shared meals and conversations. Refresh yourself in the two bathrooms, stocked with towels and basic soaps, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer.
I start the season off providing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, assorted spices, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, sponges, laundry detergent, for each guest stay. I do not replace olive oil, vinegar, and laundry detergent.

There is a traditional Cuisinart drip coffee make which does not require paper filters.

Venture outside and take a dip in the outdoor heated salt water pool or relax in the 2 soothing hot tubs, both perfect for unwinding after an exhilarating day. Explore the nearby Park City Mountain Slopes, just a 1-minute walk away, or stroll down the charming Main Street, within an 18-minute walk or take advantage of the free bus system just outside your door. For a change of pace, head to Deer Valley Resort, just a 9-minute drive from your doorstep.

With amenities like free Wi-Fi, free covered parking, air conditioning/heating, and access to the fitness room and salt water heated pool with hot tubs, this 1+bedroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring you have an unforgettable stay in the heart of Park City.

Parking pass required. Pass is in the unit and must be displayed from rear view mirror at all times while parked in the underground parking garage located just under your condo. Pass must be returned to condo before your departure. There is a $500 replacement fee if pass is not in the condo upon your departure.

Receive your personal Keyless Auto Entry Code one week prior to arrival. No need to meet personally to gain access. ***If you are arriving late at night or via Uber or shuttle, please let me know and I can give you more specific directions.

Location, Location, Location. Very convenient! We enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed the hot tub in the condo's building needed to be fixed, but we did walk over to other building to use pool/hot tub.

We had a great stay in this spacious and well-stocked ski condo. Very helpful to have the in-unit washer/dryer, laundry room, and second bathroom. Plenty of hooks to hang your gear and the unit also has glove dryers, humidifiers, and numerous other items to make the stay comfortable. My son and I loved popping back into the condo for lunch and then going straight back to the slopes and the Payday lift which are steps away.

Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend for some spring skiing and loved the location! We could easily walk to town, and the ski lift was in our backyard. The place was perfect for our needs. The only drawbacks were a little issue with the keycode for check-in which Christine resolved quickly, and the hot tub is indoors and really hot. Great stay overall!

Fantastic stay!

Cozy apartment in a fantastic location. The location could not be beat -- literally 15 steps from ski school and right at the ice skating rink. We got a 30% discount renting skis from Jackson's Base in the building. The bus stop to go to Main Street, Canyons, and Deer Valley is right outside the building.

Amazing location

It's a great ski condo, located right next to the slopes... easy to walk out the door and be on a lift within 3 minutes. Also Harvest is literally steps from the door, for coffee/breakfast.

First time in Park City

The property was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked our first trip to Park City. I wasn’t familiar with the area, but knew we wanted a ski in/ski out property. This property is in an extremely convenient location. It is literally steps from 2 lifts, as well as the rental shop where we got out skis. The kitchen and living areas in the unit were perfect for us because we enjoy going back to the room for lunch. Also, while we mostly took ride shares into town, the free bus system was easy to use and stops very close to the unit. I would definitely stay in this unit again when we go back to Park City.

Wonderful Excape

We had a wonderful stay on the snowy steps of the Utah mountains. Many dear memories made on this trip. The house is just as described. A wonderful little basecamp for all your Park City needs!

Loved this place. Great amenities. Perfect location for young family ski trip. Close to all the beginner hills. Washer and dryer helpful to dry off those ski outfits. Kids loved the ice skating at night!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect right at the base of the mountain but also convenient to downtown and all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Christine was a great communicative host. The property location is “ground zero” for access to the slopes as well as several restaurants, ski rental shops, etc. . Property is a bit confusing in layout but you get used to it after a day.

Amazing location and everything you could need

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is amazing - walk out of the condo door and you are literally ready to ski. Christine has been more than helpful and readily answers any questions or needs, and does so very promptly. This condo is a perfect situation for our family of four. There are 2 beds (one murphy bed in LR) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is supplied with everything to make meals. In addition, the building is safe and quiet. We cannot say enough good things about this property, and can't imagine staying elsewhere while skiing in PC!

Cozy and convenient

This is a top notch property on Park City Mountain. You literally walk outside of the building and you are at the lifts. The unit was well decorated, modern, and had all the comforts of home. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for an excellent ski in/ ski out in Park City.
