Easy and plentiful parking out front. Patio with Grill. Two minute walk to restaurants, stores, cafes, spas and a movie theater. Nature preserve foot path. After booking please sign the STR agmt & confirm identity and ID.

Benvenuti and Welcome! We want your stay at Casa Italia to be the highlight of your trip. To enjoy la dolce vita, we suggest you come on in, turn on the fireplace, pour your favorite beverage and sink into the couch or easy chair (lean back, I promise you will love it). Hook your bluetooth up to the portable speaker, pick your favorite playlist on Spotify and relax for a few minutes. You made it!

There are plastic signs around the place with info on that room so you don’t have to figure it out.

We have QR codes on instructions to get things on your smart phone.

If you want to use the Sauna, turn it on one to two hours before you want to use it to allow it to heat up. Need to sign the waiver first. Enjoy!

Location of important things:
1. AC and Heat control on wall opposite stairs, downstairs.
2. To use the ceiling fans and lights, first turn on the light switch.
3. The switch for the fireplace is on the wall to the right

If we are out of or low on any soap, linens, towels, coffee or tea, please drop us a message so we can either top it off for you or for the next guest.

1. Check twice for all of your things! Ski area, laundry area.
2. Leave the parking permit(s) in the basket where you found it.
3. TV Remotes all on a table in their room.
4. Fan remotes on the wall.
5. Turn off heat or air conditioning.
6. Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and press Start (heat OK). Any dishes that need to be handscrubbed are your responsibility to clean. We will put them all away.
7. Trash - put in the trash cans in the unit. If you use the garage trash can, trash in plastic bags first, please. DO NOT leave trash outside the unit as our HOA will fine us $250 and will need to charge the Guest.
8. Place key(s) back in lockbox (unless you used the app).
9. Lock the door!
