    The Space:

    Nestled on a stunning hillside, this spacious home offers families or groups of friends the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.



    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by three levels of tastefully decorated and inviting rooms. The five bedrooms offer a peaceful sanctuary for a good night's sleep, while the two family rooms provide a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. A fully equipped main kitchen (as well as a secondary kitchen) features everything you need to whip up delicious meals. You’ll also find an assortment of games, children’s toys, and books to entertain both young and old.



    One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space. Take in the breathtaking views from the deck, grill dinner on the outdoor BBQ, dine alfresco on the patio, and stargaze from the hot tub. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife wandering through the neighborhood: deer, elk, rabbits, and even moose!



    Conveniently located halfway between downtown Park City and Salt Lake City, the home is an ideal base for taking advantage of all that the area has to offer. In the winter, enjoy skiing at four world-class resorts within 25 minutes. In the warmer months, you have easy access to hiking, biking, golf, and water sports. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shopping are also nearby.



    Whether you're an adventure seeker or prefer a more relaxed experience, you'll find plenty of opportunities to immerse yourself in nature and create unforgettable memories.

Lovely home

This home was so large and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood and convenient to Park City. We stayed over the summer and the house has lots of windows and lots of outdoor space. I would book again.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

We had a great 5 night stay, house had everything we needed. Was clean with plenty of space to spread out. If you had a full 12 people, would be nice if there was 1 more shower but completely fine with 3.

Clean and fun place to stay.

I think it was a great property. Everything was clean; beautiful views and location. A short 15 min. drive to Park City proper, and surrounded by beauty.

Great Family Get Away Pad!

We stayed at this home over the Christmas vacation. It was a great setup for the adults and kids (loved the bunk room). It was enjoyable to have views from the main area of the ski slopes where we made a few trips, and also be very close to a grocery store and Woodward. Would definitely come back here and recommend it for a large family coming to PC.

Park City Skiing Dream Family Home

This home was perfect for our Park City family skiing trip. 10-20 min to base depending on traffic. Beautiful spacious home with spectacular light and mountain views from the large windows in each room. Wonderful master bedroom suite, fireplace with heated tile floors, large shower and soaking tub with jets. 3 other bedrooms that were perfect for our 3 adult children and their families: Main level murphy bedroom with adjacent half bath, upstairs ensuite was perfect for the family with a baby. The home has 2 pack-n-play cribs and does include a portable high chair. The basement area was spacious and perfect for our other family with 3 young kids. Plenty of bathrooms, showers. Fully functional kitchen that we were able to cook most of our meals in, adjacent to dining table and vaulted great room, fireplace. There are games, a few toys and books. We enjoyed the hot tub apres ski nightly. We didn’t use the balcony or patio but in warmer temps would be great places to gather outside.
